Scorpio is one of the favorite SUV cars in India. A new XUV700 and the new-generation Scorpio have been confirmed by Mahindra for the second part of FY2022. The Scorpio is set to be unveiled in India, while the former already has arrived and earned a name for itself. The 2022 Mahindra Scorpio will be built on the new ladder-on-frame chassis that both foundations the Thar, and this will be powered by the same petrol and diesel engines as the off-roader. The new-generation Scorpio is expected to hit Indian showrooms before March 2022.

A new Mahindra Scorpio gets its XUV700’s 2.2-litre mHawk diesel and 2.0-litre mStallion petrol engines. Select Scorpio variants are expected to come with 4WD, and the Scorpio will also have traction control.

The Meridian is Jeep’s long-awaited three-row version of the Compass, and it will be available in India by the middle of 2022. It will be produced at Jeep’s Ranjangaon factory with the Compass.

The new Jeep SUV, known as the Commander in other markets, will be sold in India as the Meridian. While the Compass has an impact, several characteristics of the more premium Grand Cherokee can also be noticed, such as the sleek LED headlights and taillights, as well as the window line.
