Launch of the Mercedes-AMG E53 Cabriolet in India for Rs. 1.30 Crore

Mercedes-Benz India has unveiled the new Mercedes-AMG E53 Cabriolet 4MATIC+ for the Indian market. Just one performance cabriolet in India is the AMG E53 Cabriolet, which costs Rs. 1.30 crore (ex-showroom). The new AMG cabriolet made its premiere in keeping with the brand’s 2023 theme, “DESIRE for the Extraordinary.” The Mercedes-AMG E 53 4MATIC+ Cabriolet is the first AMG Avatar to be offered as a convertible in India.

Mercedes-AMG E53 Cabriolet:

AMG just released the two-door convertible AMG E53 Cabriolet, which has an all-weather soft top. Due to its AMG-specific style, the E 53 4MATIC+ Cabriolet stands apart from other production vehicles in look. AMG’s signature radiator grille, alloy wheels, spoiler lip, and conventional, round twin exhaust trim components in high-gloss chrome all give this wonderful automobile its unmistakable look. The power is transferred to the road smoothly thanks to the air suspension and fully variable all-wheel drive.

Customers have the option to pick design options, which offer them the chance to select from a number of paint, soft-top, upholstery, trim, and alloy options, in addition to the Mercedes-AMG E 53 4MATIC+ Cabriolet’s basic setup.

The E53 Cabriolet’s interior is loaded with amenities. Among its high-end convenience features are an AMG three-spoke steering wheel, a fully digital cockpit with two displays that each has a 10.25-inch screen diagonal, a Burmester sound system, a windscreen cockpit, ambient lighting, an AIRSCARF neck-level heating system, a ventilated and powered front seat with memory functionality, and other luxury amenities. In addition to seven airbags, the vehicle has active braking assist, blind spot monitoring, blind spot identification, and parking assistance with a 360-degree camera.

A 48V mild hybrid system is combined with the well-known 3.0 liter, turbocharged, in-line 6-cylinder petrol engine under the hood. The 48V system provides a 21 horsepower and 250 Nm boost during strong acceleration in addition to the engine’s 430 bhp and 520 Nm of output. A 9-speed automatic transmission distributes power to all four wheels, with Mercedes claiming a 4.5 second 0-100 kmph pace and a 250 kmph peak speed.
