New SUV Launches in April 2023: Get the upcoming models

The following is a list of upcoming vehicles that will be launched in India in April 2023 by car makers such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata, Honda,…etc. All new upcoming automobiles for April 2023 are shown here, along with their projected price and India debut date. Probably the majority of these vehicles will be released within the next two years. You may set an alert for any forthcoming automobiles that interest you.

Maruti Suzuki – FRONX

The Fronx is a small coupe crossover that is based just on the Baleno hatchback. It’s indeed significant because it brings a turbo-petrol engine into Maruti’s lineup after the Baleno RS was discontinued. The new 6-speed torque converter automatic or the 100hp, 1.0-litre turbo powerplant will be available with either a 5-speed manual transmission or MT. With a 5-speed MT & AMT transmission, Maruti’s tried-and-true 90hp, 1.2-litre spark ignition petrol engine is going to be available. The Fronx will be offered through Nexa shops and will share many interior components with the Baleno.

Mercedes – AMG GT 63 S E PERFORMANCE

One of the most powerful models offered by Mercedes-Benz is the AMG GT 63 S E Performance. The vehicle has a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine with an electric motor attached that delivers 831 horsepower and a maximum torque of 1,470 Nm. The vehicle’s insane 0 to 100 time is under 2.9 seconds. The car’s interior features two 12.4-inch monitors and AMG-specific components, including the steering wheel. Mercedes-Benz had set April 11 as the day that the car will be released for the market. The vehicle will be a Mercedes-first Benz plug-in hybrid to hit the Indian market.

Lexus New Gen RX

The Lexus RX will be outfitted with luxury leather upholstery and the most up-to-date convenience features. A Lexus New Gen RX has 2 engine choices available: a 2.4L petrol hybrid and a 2.5L petrol hybrid. The 2.4L hybrid turbo petrol engine delivers 272 hp at 6000rpm and 460 Nm of torque between 2000 to 3000rpm. This engine comes with a 6-speed TC gearbox. A 2.5L hybrid petrol engine produces 193PS at 6000rpm & 242Nm between 4300 and 4500rpm. The 2.5L petrol hybrid engine is paired with a 6-speed TC gearbox.

Toyota Crysta Diesel Innova

Toyota originally announced that the Innova Crysta will return following the release of the Innova Hycross. In January of this year, the manufacturer began accepting reservations for the upgraded Crysta for Rs 50,000. The same 2.4-litre diesel engine that generates 148 horsepower and 343 Nm of torque will power the Innova Crysta, and it will only be mated to a five-speed manual transmission & Automatic transmission variants are available. Some visual modifications will also be made to the MPV, which has already begun to arrive at dealerships.

MG Comet EV

The Comet EV will be MG’s second all-electric car in India, following the ZS EV, however, it will be primarily marketed as an urban commuter. The EV has two battery sizes, both of which produce 40 horsepower and have a range of 200 or 300 kilometers, respectively. It will be priced between Rs. 10-15 lakhs and will most likely compete with the Tata Tiago EV and Citroen eC3. After the MG ZS, this will be MG’s second EV in the Indian market.
